Terms of use
Last updated 31 October 2026. EndurancePilot is run by Daniel Stock, United Kingdom.
The service
EndurancePilot is provided by Daniel Stock, United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our privacy notice.
Early access
EndurancePilot is currently free during an alpha/beta period. Features may change, break or be removed. Accounts enrolled in the alpha retain free access for life, including when subscriptions are introduced. Other accounts may be offered paid plans later; you will never be charged without agreeing first.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or over and give accurate account details. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Not medical advice
Plans, readiness, Coach answers and other guidance are general training information, not medical advice. Check with a qualified professional before starting or changing training, especially if you have a health condition, injury or pain. Stop and seek help if something feels wrong. You train at your own risk.
Your content
Your training data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you. Do not misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or interfere with how it works.
Third-party services
Connecting Strava is optional and also subject to Strava's own terms.
Liability
The service is provided as it is, without guarantees of availability or accuracy. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or for injury arising from training decisions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Ending your use
You can stop using EndurancePilot at any time and ask us to delete your account at Daniel.stock2012@hotmail.com. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction.
