• Account details: email address and sign-in information.
• Profile and goals you enter: name, events, race dates, weekly hours, weight, FTP, heart-rate and other training settings.
• Training records: planned sessions, workouts you log, check-ins, how you felt, pain notes, strength sets and race results.
• If you connect Strava: activities and profile details Strava shares with us, plus the connection tokens needed to sync.
• Questions you ask Coach and the answers given.
• Alpha membership and feedback you submit: the page, category and message. Feedback is stored with your account and shared privately with the app owner, including by email, to improve the service.

Only to provide the service you ask for: building your plan, showing your history and analytics, syncing Strava and answering Coach questions. Legal basis: performing our agreement with you, and your consent for health-related information (such as pain or readiness notes), which you can withdraw by deleting it.

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider. Coach questions are sent with relevant saved training evidence to an AI model provider to generate an answer. Strava data comes from Strava under their terms. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

While your account is open. Ask us to close your account and we will delete your data, except anything we must keep by law. You can disconnect Strava at any time.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use. Email Daniel.stock2012@hotmail.com. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

EndurancePilot is for people aged 16 and over.
