Refund policy

If you're not happy with your EndurancePilot membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no reason needed.

Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, who handle refunds. Visit paddle.net to find your order and request a refund, or email us at Daniel.stock2012@hotmail.com and we'll help.

You can cancel your monthly membership at any time from Membership → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds are also covered by Paddle's refund policy. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
